A major focus of our meeting together is the proper worship of our God. As we worship in spirit and in truth we receive the Lord's blessing and inspiration.

A Place of Warm Friendship

The Biblical picture of the Church is in reality a "fellowship of friends." The bond of concern and genuine commitment to each other that exists here includes you in that circle.

A Place of Biblical Enrichment

God's Word calls the preaching of the cross the power of God. The bold proclamation of the "whole counsel of God" is the cornerstone of this ministry. We feel the great need of our day is a return to Biblical preaching.

A Place of Ministry Opportunities

Since Christ came "not to be served, but to serve and to give His life...", we seek to accept our responsibility to reach out and minister to those within the church family and outside our fellowship as well.

A Place of Instruction

The thrilling adventure of learning the life changing truths of God's Word takes place in a variety of ways at SCC. We have Bible Study/Sunday School classes for all ages. We have an active Teen group and the exciting Children's ministry of AWANA takes place September-April on Wednesdays. We also have special events for Seniors, Men, Ladies, Couples, and Children as well as the whole church family.

Our Purpose Statement...

The purpose of Stillwater Community Church is to glorify God by bringing individuals to faith in Jesus Christ, and encouraging believers to conform their lives to the image of Christ, reflected in the Bible. We believe that the Word of God, the Bible, is the source of the saving Gospel of Christ for all people and the standard of Godliness to which believers are to conform (2 Timothy 3:14-17). Because we desire that the Christian's life conform to the will of God, we use the Bible as the focus of our worship and our teaching.
